T.T.I., Inc. is a family owned and operated 48 state, common and contract carrier with over 30 years experience. We operate four divisions; Flatbed -- hauling steel, Step Deck -- hauling heavy equipment, Van -- hauling paper and LTL Reefer -- hauling refrigerated goods. Because of T.T.I., Inc's continued growth, we are always looking for good experienced drivers.

FLATBED DIVISION -- Flatbed division hauls steel and is primarily regional. We have a heavy traffic lane from Chicago Commercial Zone to points into WI (very heavy into the Milwaukee area). If you live between Chicago and Milwaukee you can be home 3-5 nights a week, otherwise you will be home on weekends and maybe during the week depending on where your loads go. Most drivers haul 8-10 loads per week staying in the Chicago/Milwaukee area.

STEPDECK DIVISION -- This division hauls over dimensional and heavy equipment and operates within the 48 states. Drivers are usually out 7-10 days. A driver must have heavy equipment experience to apply for this position.

VAN DIVISION -- Operates within the 48 states with heavy traffic lane going to Philadelphia, PA, Baltimore, MD area. This division hauls 99% no touch loads. Drivers average about 3 stops and about 2700 miles per week. Flexible home time.

REEFER DIVISION -- Operates primarily east of the Rockies. Drivers leave out on Sunday and need to be 500 miles into their run by Monday morning. Drivers living in Wisconsin are home by Friday. Local work is available on Friday and Saturday mornings. Drivers also have opportunities to earn more money by breaking down their own load at consignees. Drivers average about 4-5 stops and about 3000 miles per week.

FLATBED & STEP DECK PAY SCALE -- Paid 26% of gross load. After 60 day probation period, if Medical insurance is NOT elected, driver will be paid 30% of gross load. Drivers are paid weekly and electronic deposit is available.

VAN & REFER PAY SCALE
0 - 2 years experience .40/mile -- 90 day review for a raise
2 - 3 years experience .40/mile -- 60 day review for a raise
3 - 5 years experience .40/mile -- 30 day review for a raise
5 years & Over .41/mile -- 30 day review for a raise
2nd raise after 1 year of employment and yearly after that.
Top Pay = $.43/mile

Drop Pay - $25.00
After 60 day probation period if Medical insurance is NOT elected, Driver is paid an extra 3 cents per mile.
Drivers are paid weekly and electronic deposit is available.

Driver is eligible for health insurance after 60 days. All insurance premiums are deducted pre-tax. Immediate health insurance is available. After 5 years full time employment, TTI pays 100% of medical insurance premium for higher deductible and the driver receives discounted premium for lower deductible.

VACATION

401K
401K Savings Program -- Drivers eligible after 60 days -- can get into program the first of following quarter, 25 cent match by company up to a maximum of 2% of your salary.

EQUIPMENT
Drivers are issued equipment and may take equipment home as long as you have a secure area to park truck and trailer.

We have available for our Van and Reefer Division -- late model Volvo's, Freightliner Classic's, Century's and Cascadia's; Cummins, Cats and Detroit engines; walk ins; 70" bunks; 10 & 13 speed transmissions; 53' x 102" air ride trailers.

We have available for our Flatbed & Stepdeck Divisions -- late model 379 & 389 Peterbilt's and Freightliner Classic's, Century's and Cascadia's; Cummins, Cats & Detroit engines; walk ins; 70" bunks; 10 & 13 speed transmissions. 45 & 48 spread axle, air ride trailers. 90% flatbed trailers are covered wagons.

RYDER POLICY
Rider Policy after 6 month probation period

ORIENTATION PAY
$150

PET POLICY
We prefer a driver does not carry an animal in the truck but under certain circumstances a driver would be allowed to carry an animal.
    $300.00 pet deposit is required.
    $150.00 down and $25.00/off next 6 checks.

DRIVER REFERAL PROGRAM
$1,600.00 PER REFERRED DRIVER
Drivers will earn $1,600.00 per successful referral with no limit on number of referrals. Drivers to be paid as follows. When referred driver receives first payroll check, referring driver is paid $100.00. When referred driver is employed for six months without any accidents or cargo claims, referring driver is paid $500.00. When referred driver is employed for one year without any accidents or cargo claims, referring driver is paid $1,000.00.

QUARTERLY BONUS'S PAID FOR CSA RELATED BONUS PROGRAM
TTI will pay a quarterly bonus to drivers who have not violated the Unsafe Basic or the Hours of Service Basic under TTI's DOT number in the given quarter.
    Interstate Drivers = $250
    Intrastate Drivers = $125
